The exquisite and simple kitchen of Huéscar
is influenced without a doubt by the levantina,
the Navarrese-Aragonese and the Castilian-manchega,
conserving flavors of long ago of the "Andalusi
legacy '".
This gives rise a rich one and varied gastronomy
