Huéscar is a city European, pertaining to Spain, in the Community Independent of Andalusia, and located to the North of the Province of Granada. The region of Huéscar limits with Jaén, Albacete, Murcia and Almeria.

  
 
Its situation with respect to the Meridian of Greenwich is of 38º 05´ and 37º 46´ of North latitude and 2º 44´ and 2º 26´ of west longitude. It has an average altitude of 958 m.s the smaller altitude is to the south of the term, with about 900 ms. and the greater one in the summit of the Sagra, with 2,383 ms.
Communications: It is very well communicated with the outside due to the proximity of the connection with the A-92 railcar through the A-330, and of the A-326 highway that it connects to us with the province of Murcia.
